We’ve made the laundry process as hassle-free as possible. In just three easy steps, your laundry is done:

1. Step 1: Book Online : Visit our website or call us to book a pickup in minutes. Choose the day and time that works best for you. If you have special requests (detergent type, water temperature, etc.), you can easily add them during this step. For pickups booked before 10:00 am, we usually offer same-day pickup service.
2. Step 2: We Pick Up at Your Door : At your chosen time, our professional team arrives at your address. Place your laundry in the provided Izniyle Laundry bag or your own basket, and we’ll take it from there. You don’t even need to be home — leave it with your building staff or in a safe spot you designate.
3. Step 3: Get It Back Clean & Folded : Your laundry is carefully washed, dried, and folded at our facility according to your preferences. Socks are paired, t-shirts and pants folded neatly. Within 24–48 hours, we deliver your fresh, ready-to-wear laundry back to your door.

We believe quality service should be accessible. Our professional wash & fold service starts at $2.00/lb (wash, dry, fold) or $1.75/lb (wash, dry) during our campaign period. Prices include all standard washing, drying, and folding. Our standard delivery time is 24–48 hours after pickup.

This timeframe is ideal to ensure your clothes are processed properly and with care. For faster turnaround, ask about our express or same-day delivery options (available for an additional fee).

Is there a minimum order amount? : Yes. To keep pickup and delivery efficient, we apply a small minimum order. Please check our pricing page for the latest details.

What if I have delicate items that shouldn’t go in the dryer? : No problem. If you want certain items dried at low heat, place them in a separate bag and add a note. You can also specify this in your order instructions. We’ll make sure they’re treated accordingly.

Do you provide a laundry bag for first-time orders? : Yes! With your first order, we’ll give you a durable, reusable laundry bag for future use, making repeat orders even easier.

Do I need to be home for delivery? : No. You can select the “contactless delivery” option when placing your order. We’ll leave your clean laundry at your door or in a secure location (with your building staff, porch, etc.). Your safety and convenience are our priorities.
